Can I purchase Eclorie products directly online?

Yes! Our website now supports direct B2C purchases for retail customers, as well as B2B wholesale accounts for business buyers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, FPX Online Banking, PayNow, and Touch ’n Go. For wholesale partners, bank transfer options are also available.

What skin types are Eclorie products suitable for?

Our formulations are designed to be effective yet gentle — suitable for normal, combination, and dry skin. For particularly sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test on a small area 24 hours before full use, as everyone’s skin is unique.

Are Eclorie products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulations use gentle active ingredients such as Niacinamide, Amino Acids, and Witch Hazel — safe for sensitive to normal skin.

Are Eclorie products cruelty-free?

Yes. Eclorie is committed to ethical practices. Our products are 100% cruelty-free — we never test on animals, nor do we allow third parties to do so on our behalf.

Why does Eclorie only offer a few products?

This is a deliberate choice guided by our value of Simplify. We believe in creating a Core Collection of essential, high-performance products that truly deliver. Every item is meticulously researched and developed as a hero product. Currently, online sales focus on 3 products to ensure quality and customer experience, while more are reserved for future launches.

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship within Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and selected international regions.

How long does delivery take?

Pre-orders may take longer than 25 days, while the majority of items are ready stock. After dispatch:

  • Australia: 5–10 working days
  • Malaysia: 3–6 working days
  • Singapore: 5–9 working days
  • Other regions: varies depending on the courier
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with supporting photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I access wholesale prices?

How do I apply to become a wholesale customer?

Simply fill in our Wholesale Application Form. Once approved, you’ll be given access to wholesale pricing and can order directly online.
