In no event shall Eclorie’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the products exceed the total amount paid by you to Eclorie for the products in question.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Sydney, New South Wales.
